The OCVL is the National Capital Region’s premiere competitive volleyball league for 75 Years!.
We have two divisions, Men’s and Women’s, and run from September to April.

Mark Your Calendars:
- September 12, 2026: Men's Division Ranking Tournament at La Cité College (new teams and teams with less than four returning players from prior season)
- September 16, 2026: Mandatory Captains’ Meeting, 7–9pm, Nepean Sportsplex (Hall A)
- September 21, 2026: Men's league starts
- September 22, 2026: Women's league starts
- October 26, 2026: All teams are required to be in matching jerseys
